By purchasing and registering for the Momentum: Where Wellness Meets Wealth Retreat (“Retreat”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Payment

Your retreat spot is not confirmed until full payment or the first payment of an approved payment plan has been received.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through ThriveCart.

2. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected:

You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Missed or failed payments may incur additional fees or removal from the Retreat.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of this Retreat and the upfront costs required to host it:

All payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures for any reason.

Retreat spots are transferable with written approval from the host at least 14 days prior to the event.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event the Retreat must be rescheduled or canceled due to circumstances beyond the host’s control (including but not limited to weather, illness, emergency, or force majeure):

You will be offered a credit toward a future retreat or event.

The host is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by the Participant.

5. Travel & Lodging

Participants are responsible for:

Their own travel arrangements

Transportation to and from the retreat location

Detailed arrival and departure instructions will be provided prior to the Retreat.

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The Retreat may include wellness practices such as movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and embodiment sessions.

By participating, you confirm that:

You are in good physical and mental health

You assume full responsibility for your participation

You will consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns

The Retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You understand that participation involves inherent risks. By attending the Retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless the host, organizers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

8. Code of Conduct

This Retreat is a high-integrity, intimate experience.

Participants are expected to:

Treat all attendees with respect

Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences

Uphold a supportive, non-judgmental environment

The host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned, without refund.

9. Media Release

By attending the Retreat, you grant permission for photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the Retreat.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, teachings, and experiences shared during the Retreat are the intellectual property of the host and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

11. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal information, stories, and experiences shared by other attendees during the Retreat.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Retreat is hosted.

13. Agreement Acknowledgement

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
